FREE shipping in Cyprus on all orders over €50.

All orders will be shipped by ACS Courier from our warehouse in Nicosia, Cyprus.

  • Your order will be subject to the next business days of processing time in our warehouse before being shipped, then given to a carrier (ACS Courier) who will deliver it within 1 to 2 business days to the delivery point, with exception of special weather conditions or other exceptional events.
  • We offer a €3.45 flat-rate shipping & handling charge for a standard shipping service of 1-2 business days.
  • Orders are only shipped on business days: Monday to Friday, excluding all Cyprus public holidays.

You will find the tracking number for your order on the shipping confirmation email that will be sent to you once your order is shipped.

Track your order with the methods below:

  1. Click the link on the shipping confirmation email.
  2. Sign in to your account and view all your orders. By clicking on the order you are interested to track, and the status will be displayed at the bottom of the page.
  3. Click on Track my Order and write your order id and your email.

In the unlikely event that your products are damaged during shipping, our customer care team will be there to help, please contact us. A claim will be filed by one of our customer care representatives.

The carrier (ACS Courier) will then contact you to ask for pictures and additional details once the claim has been initiated. Pictures of the damaged box showing the shipping label and tracking number, the damaged products inside the box and the packing slip are mandatory in order to process any requests regarding damages.

Once our team and the carrier receives all the required information (pictures, details, etc.), we will then be able to offer compensation for any damaged items.

Yes you can. Just fill in the gift message field when ordering and we will make sure the message is added to a gift tag.

We happily accept returns of undamaged items in unworn condition sent back to our Nicosia, Cyprus warehouse within 30 days from the date when you received the products ordered. Not all items are eligible for return. i.e. personal items (pacifier). Please check the product detail page for return eligibility. To start the returns process, simply drop us a line at [email protected]. Specify your order number and which item(s) you’d like to return, and we’ll provide instructions on how to return the products back to us. Please note, we are unable to provide prepaid return shipping labels for any orders.
